Orders from Europe aim to be shipped from Europe, but it is not guaranteed, your order may be subject to customs charges. Shipping times will vary for the clothing if outside of the printing country. For example a shirt from the states will take 3 weeks to get to Canada with regular shipping.
You have a 4 week warranty on the shirt's and or print quality. So from the time you open it until you message us back we can set right to work on making things right.
